Do you only repair HVAC systems, or do you also install new equipment?
We do both. Whether you need a quick repair, seasonal maintenance, a complete furnace or air conditioner replacement, or a new mini split installation, we’ll recommend the option that makes the most sense for your home and budget—without high-pressure sales.
Can you replace or upgrade my thermostat?
Absolutely! We install and replace standard programmable thermostats as well as smart thermostats like Nest, ecobee, Honeywell, and other popular brands. If you’re unsure which thermostat is right for your home, we’re happy to help you choose one.
How do I know if my HVAC system should be repaired or replaced?
It depends on the age of your system, the cost of repairs, and its overall condition. We’ll always explain your options honestly. If a repair is the better value, we’ll tell you. If replacement makes more financial sense in the long run, we’ll explain why so you can make an informed decision.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We make paying as convenient as possible. We accept:
- ACH bank transfers
- All major credit and debit cards
- Financing through Affirm with Buy Now, Pay Later options for qualifying purchases
Invoices are sent electronically through QuickBooks, making it easy to review and pay online securely.
How often should I have my heating and air conditioning system serviced?
We recommend professional maintenance twice a year—once in the spring for your air conditioner and once in the fall for your heating system. Regular maintenance helps improve efficiency, reduce unexpected breakdowns, and extend the life of your equipment.
